Dad and I have been coming to Jester Hill for years during our yearly Girraween national park adventure. We absolutely love their wine, their fun nature, and lovely personalities. The winery itself is also very beautiful. Set with a great view of their 'jester hill' Our recent favourite (which we are drinking now on Dad's balcony) is their Sangiovese rose, but all their wines are delicious. Make sure you try their Chardonnay. It's the best!
Great wines and a Roland the farter poem in character, always enjoy visiting.
Great place to visit. The hosts are fantastic and explain everything about their wines I don't normally drink Rose, however, The 2 Fools Jokers Blush Rose is so light and fresh, I purchased a bottle to bring home Definitely a return visit to Jester Hill on the next visit.
Stopped in for a wine tasting - the grounds are beautiful and the cellar door is comfortable - the kind of place you could easily spend the afternoon. The wines are delicious- definitely worth a stop if you are in the region
Our second time at Jester Hill Winery in as many years on what has become an annual trip to Stanthorpe. Truly a lovely spot! Our host, Ann, was simply lovely and made sure we were well looked after. We sat indoors in their cosy cellar door for our wine tasting- the Verdelho makes a great choice for leisurely sipping all afternoon. The platter was generous, tasty and kept us going all afternoon. It featured quite a few local products including cheeses and relishes. The on-site dogs, Scooby and Major, are very friendly and loved playing on the open grass. Beautiful and relaxed setting. Nice and peaceful for a lazy afternoon of wining and dining. Thank you for a wonderful experience
Owners Ann & Mick are the nicest people you'll ever meet and Mick has developed into a top notch wine maker. His Reds in particular are exceptional. A must visit winery on any Granite Belt winery tour!
Locely service and yummo wines! Recommend!
Popped by here when we passed the sign … we always like finding the little wineries off the beaten track and this is certainly one of them .. family owned and run winery… the owner does it all from growing to fermenting to mixing … great guy!!! The reds were awesome
Dog friendly with ample shady seating outside and very accommodating of our two dogs. Great tasting experience with knowledgeable host. Good range of different whites and reds with something for everyone.
We would highly recommend a visit to this vineyard. Great wines, and family friendly venue. Mick n Anne welcomed us in immediately (ask Mick for a poem about the Roland the Farter). Lovely atmosphere and the dogs were a bonus! We’ll definitely be back 🙂
